About the Course:
This series, titled "Identity & Destiny" or "Kings and Queens in Ill-Fitting Armour," offers an insightful exploration into discovering and embracing your true identity and destiny as a son or daughter of the King of Kings. It seeks to awaken individuals from spiritual slumber to live a life that is "adventurously expectant" rather than a "timid grave-tending life".
The lessons delve into the centrality of the heart, emphasising the importance of guarding it as the "wellspring of life" and addressing the various wounds, lies, and strongholds that prevent individuals from living out of their redeemed hearts. You will be encouraged to confront issues such as inner vows, bitter expectations, and the tendency to live a life of fear and self-protection, often manifested as striving and performance rather than resting in God's grace.
Through biblical examples and personal testimonies, the series provides tools and understanding to dismantle these internal structures, heal from past traumas, and step into a life of purpose, influence, and authority that God has prepared. It highlights the profound significance of the relationship with God as the primary reason for our creation and encourages listeners to cultivate genuine connections with others. Ultimately, this series extends an invitation to respond to God's call, to live a "fierce mastery" – active, engaged, and passionate – and to fulfil the noble plans He has for your life.
