Wonder

A whispered promise of awe, as I walk into the unknown with Him

I just heard the word: Wonder, Sandee said to me at my Elijah House B-School graduation.

Simple. Weighty. Like a feather falling gently from heaven — seemingly light, yet saturated with glory.

Sandee didn’t elaborate much that day, and honestly, she didn’t need to. The Holy Spirit etched that one word into my spirit like a golden thread woven through the fabric of my journey. Wonder...

Not just the kind that sparks amazement in creation — though I often find Him in light filtering through leaves or in the swirl of paint across canvas — but the deep, soul-stirring kind. The kind of wonder that awakens when heaven kisses earth in the midst of ordinary days.

"He’s going to blow you away as you keep walking." That phrase lingers.

It isn’t about striving.

It’s about trusting.

It’s about walking, step by step, into the uncharted spaces of faith — heart open, hands surrendered.

📖 "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us..." — Ephesians 3:20 (NKJV)

There’s a holy expectancy rising in me.

Not for what I can create or control — but for what He’s already prepared. For the beauty I haven’t yet imagined. For the encounters that will leave me breathless with wonder.

Even now, I sense Him inviting me into wide open spaces — where love is deeper, healing flows freer, and joy blooms like wildflowers in unexpected places.

This is the walk of a daughter who belongs. A daughter who no longer needs to perform or prove.

Just walk.

Just wonder.

Affirmation:

I welcome wonder into my everyday walk with God. I am open to the beauty, mystery, and miracles He has prepared for me. I walk with expectancy, not fear.
