She does not jostle for attention, nor does she parade herself through hurried lives. Wisdom waits to be honoured, cherished, and embraced. In the Hebrew, the word for exalt is sālal , meaning to lift up, to value highly, to make room for. Wisdom rises in response to reverence, not ambition.
