Wings of Prayer

“Wings of Prayer” is a declaration painted in fire and faith. Emerging from a molten sky of gold, amber, and flame, the eagle rises with wings fully extended, powerful and unrestrained. Every brushstroke speaks of waiting, obedience, and the courage to say yes when the call of God lingers for years before finding form.

This artwork was born not from impulse, but from testimony. After sharing her story in church, Patrizia was challenged to finally paint what had long stirred in her spirit. The result is a visual proclamation that prayer is not passive. It ascends. It contends. It carries weight in the unseen long before it is witnessed on the ground.

Created using acrylic and fluid acrylic on stretched canvas, this piece invites the viewer into Isaiah’s promise of renewed strength, reminding weary hearts that those who wait on the Lord do not remain grounded. They rise.
