📖 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Psalm 147:3

What if healing was more than recovery? 🤔
What if it was a sacred invitation — to hope again, to feel again, to become again? 🤔
So often, we settle for “functioning” when our hearts were made to flourish. Healing 💔heARTs💖 isn’t just about mending what's been torn — it’s about reimagining what wholeness can look like when touched by God’s redeeming love.
In my own journey, I’ve discovered that the deepest wounds often lead us to the most tender places of transformation. This is not a linear process. Healing moves in spirals — grief and grace dancing side by side — until something sacred is formed in the very cracks we tried to hide.

It begins with hope restored, sometimes as faint as a whisper, and leads us into an encounter with the Healer, where we dare to believe that love can cast out fear. It invites us to reclaim our identity, step into the newness of life, and receive grace upon grace.
The journey continues as we are healed by grace, empowered to live free, anointed with purpose, restored to joy, transformed from within, and finally, seen — deeply, truly seen — with infinite worth.
📖 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3 (NKJV)
Healing 💔heARTs💖 is the heartbeat of everything I create — a visual and spiritual expression of ashes becoming beauty, silence turning to song, and brokenness making room for breathtaking grace.
The image in this piece is a heart offering, both tender and bold, echoing the transformation healing brings. The layout mirrors the structure of the acronyms — HEALING and heARTs — unfolding like two wings of a prayer. The soft background, muted tones, and plant motifs suggest life emerging from broken soil. This artwork isn’t just a visual — it’s a testimony in colour.

Reflection:
Which word or phrase from the acronym speaks to the season you’re currently in? 🤔
In what ways have you experienced God restoring your heart lately? 🤔
Are there places in your life that feel too broken to be healed? What might happen if you let Him in? 🤔

Life Application:

Affirmation:
Creative Prompt:
Create a visual or written expression of your own healing journey using the two acronyms as inspiration:
HEALING: What has God restored in you?🤔
HEARTS: How are you being transformed and seen anew? 🤔
Use words, collage, painting, or photography — anything that captures both the ache and the hope.

Closing Prayer:
Lord, Jesus, Healer of hearts, I bring You my brokenness — the parts I’ve hidden, the wounds I’ve labelled “too much,” the places that still sting. Wrap them in Your grace. Thank You that healing isn’t just recovery, it’s resurrection. Thank You for calling me out of silence and shame and into joy and purpose. May every crack in me become a window for Your light to shine through. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
