22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term that sums up nine attributes of a person or community living in accord with the Holy Spirit
The fruit is contrasted with the works of the flesh.
Scripture teaches us to live in the spirit which requires walking in the spirit.
Not walking according to the flesh & its lusts.
Our freshly desires are often contradictory to the Word of God & then we have the choice to follow the Word or give in our desires.
God's Spirit lives within us to help us walk in His Truth.
