There’s a quiet moment I return to often — one I didn’t expect to hold so much weight.
It wasn’t dramatic. Just a regular Tuesday, maybe. I was sitting at my table, brush in hand, heart aching. The kind of ache that doesn’t always have words — just a heaviness that sits in the chest like wet clay.
In that stillness, God met me.
Not in a loud voice or a quick fix, but in something slower… gentler. In the swirl of colour. In the silence. In the way the paint moved across the canvas like breath.
That’s where Beauty in the Breaking was born — in the sacred hush between heartbreak and healing.
This 7-part devotional programme is an offering of my own journey. A collection of moments — some painful, some redemptive — where I found God not after the storm, but in it.
It’s for the ones who feel like they’ve lost pieces of themselves. The ones walking through grief, change, or deep inner questions. The ones who need space to rest… to breathe… to be honest.
Each part includes:
✨ A real, vulnerable story from my life
📖 Scripture that carried me through
🖌️ A creative prompt or reflection to help you process
🙏 A quiet, heartfelt prayer to draw you close to God
✨ What You Need to Know
💛 Part 1 is available now — and it’s completely free. It’s my gift to you, an invitation to begin gently.

🌸 Why I Created This
We all go through breaking seasons. Mine have included loss, relocation, loneliness, and that deep inner questioning that feels like a wilderness. But I’ve learned something: God never wastes our pain. He kneels down into it, and plants seeds of beauty there.
Not the shiny, polished kind of beauty. But the raw kind — the type that blooms quietly through the cracks.
This devotional isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about noticing. About being present with your soul. About discovering that even in your breaking, you are deeply loved, seen, and held.
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18 (NIV)
If this speaks to you… if your heart exhaled just reading this… I invite you to come along. Start with Part 1. Bring your journal, your tea, your tired heart. There’s no pressure here — only grace.
Let’s find the beauty together.
With love,
Trixi
