I've been having issues with backache lately when working on my tressle table, so we spent Sunday morning at Jesse's workplace to help him complete stage 1 of my new studio counter/table/storage cabinet.
Then, after dinner on Tuesday, the boys finished putting it all together in my studio. Now it's still missing the drawers that Jesse will build in due course & a better solution to secure the side legs.
With the tressle table I was only able to host a max of 5 people for a paint party but because this one's considerably larger & painting whilst standing up straight allows space for more people. I can squeeze in 10 now & can hardly wait to test it out in the New Year.
My fold-up studio chairs are also available within easy reach, so should someone need to sit down for a few minutes, they are able to do so. However, I probably can't call it a table any more because the counter is too high to work whilst sitting down.
